The Inspo:

“Secrets of the Deep” is inspired by Panamá’s rare humpback migration, one of the only places on Earth where whales from both hemispheres meet. Twice a year they travel thousands of miles to our warm, protected Pacific waters to breed and raise their calves, filling the coastline with breaching giants, fin slaps, and low underwater songs. Strict conservation rules keep these waters a true refuge, allowing only limited boats and no swimming near the whales. From the Pearl Islands and Taboga to Pedasí, Coiba, and the Gulf of Chiriquí, the season is truly a magical time for locals and visitors alike.
